Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0073cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Laptop was working just fine the night before. Was getting very hot at times though... (maybe a fan issue contributed?). Vents were not blocked during use. Just sat on a wood countertop.
1. Multiple attempts to push power button brought no joy.
2. Wife has same PC, so I swapped power adaptors to check and changed outlets. Not an issue with external powersupply or the AC adaptor.
3. Removed accessories, removed back case, removed battery, pressed power button >30sec, plugged in AC adapter, no luck.
4. Re-inserted battery, then plugged in AC adaptor again, No luck.
Seems like a power supply issue to me???
Thanks for any input/ideas... Mike
