HP Pavilion - 15-cs0053cl
Microsoft Windows 11

Since I bought this laptop Pavilion 15-CS0053cl, I have had the "sleep" mode issue.

I have set up the power button behavior to "press it to sleep mode" and it does work as it is supposed to.  When I press the power button, the laptop goes into the "sleep" mode.  The fan stops and the power light starts blinking.  When I press the "enter" key afterward, it wakes up.

However, here is the problem.  When I set up the time limit (ex. 10 min) to activate the "sleep" mode, it automatically gets into "sleep" mode after the time limit as expected.  However, it does not totally get into the "sleep" mode.  The fan stays active and keeps spinning and the laptop power button does not flash but stays lit.  Then when I return to the laptop and try to press the "enter" key or any other keys, it never wakes up.  It always requires me to shut off the laptop completely by pressing the power button for 6+ seconds.   I need to restart it to use it.  It is very inconvenient.  So, I always set the power setting to "never sleep", but I believe it is not good for the computer to keep it on for days.

I have been helped by Microsoft Support agents who were extremely helpful and did everything on their end.  But nothing changed the situation and solved the issue.

I looked for any chat service under HP, but I did not find.  My last resort for the solution is to post here and see if anyone can guide me through it.
