Pavilion dv7t-7000 error blink codes

HP Recommended
Pavilion dv7t-7000

I acquired a Pavilion dv7t-7000 that won't boot up. The caps lock blinks 2 short white blinks and wireless button has a red led lit up. I have seen other questions about blink codes, but none mention a red led in wireless key. I have tried the power button with battery out with no different results. I have tried switching ram around with no difference. I am pretty sure it's just 2 short blinks before it pauses and repeats, but red led is constant.  I have tried hitting f10 key, and f1 key with no results.
