Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone, a friend of mine asked me if i could try and troubleshoot his laptop. It looks like the pc wouldn't start at all, getting stuck at the windows 11 circle startup animation. It actually can startup but only if perform a clear of the cmos. When it boots up it shows only 5.9gb of RAM available and 10.1 dedicated for the system (i tried using only one stick at the time but they don't seem to be the problem). I also tried booting from the nvme ssd, sata ssd slot and even from a live usb version of windows, but the result was still the same, it locks up at every reboot. When i got the laptop it was running the F13 bios version, i updated it to the F19 one, but it didn't change the outcome. At this point i think the issue is hardware related but i don't get where and what should i look for...

Any advice?

Thanks to everyone whose going to reply!

Hi, the windows installation is fresh, and even when i tried with a different drive (a new nvme, a new sata ssd, or from a live version from usb) i always got the same issues. Every hardware bit i could replace or test i did look into it. The system boot fine only after a cmoa clear, after that it just can't boot. I thought it was something bios related but i'm not so sure about that either.
