I have a Pavilion x360 Convertible (ProdID 3PX67LA#ABM) that is stuck in a boot loop.
What happens in that I hit the power on button, the ON light turns on (white), the CPU fan spins, but there is no image neither on the onboard screen not in an external HDMI display. There is no beep or light codes neither on the ON light or the caps lock key light.
After 8 seconds the ON light turns off and the fan stops spinning.
After 4 seconds the ON light turns on again, the fan spins.
Rinse and repeat ad infinitum.
I have tested reseating the RAM module (it has only a single DDR4 4GB stick), trying both RAM slots, trying other known good ram sticks.
I removed both the hard drive and the NVMe optane module, removed the battery and other devices attatched to the system board with only display connected.
Nothing.
