Product: Pavilion X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I turn on the PC and get the HP logo with circling dots.

Some times the machine comes up with the blue error screen stating "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE" and restarts only to get to the logo and stuck again.

I have tried the diagnostics with no issues reported.

Try this first:

Enter BIOS ==> Esc ==> F10

and look for Boot Options

then select LEGACY

Save changes and exit

Reboot

This solution made no difference. the computer still does not boot.

Are you sure that you run a 32-Bit system?

You have to download a "Media Creation Tool" from MS first and prepare a USB-Stick to be able to boot and repair the boot partition first.
