Hi, so days ago I was doing 3D art on my Omen PC, then my parents called me out for dinner, I turned off the Laptop but when I returned like 1 h ago I tried to enter but it died out, no life, no sound, no light
I tried the method that this person used in this video[content removed]
hoping I didn’t do anything wrong nothing happened, the pc was dead
here some things that might be the cause, but I’m not a pc expert, i’m just an artist and gamer
- I had a problem with charging the laptop, as it’s been a month that when I put the charger it charged for 7 seconds then it disconnected all by himself, only after connecting and disconnecting, twisting it a couple of times it started to charge it well
-the light of the charger in the dead pc remain there just for 3 seconds then it disappear, the only real thing that actually happens, the light is orange
-it’s almost been a year that this pc made a strange sound in the hard drive when it was on even after the second time I sent to you to repair
-sometimes I can’t enter the files on the pc and open folders
so these are the problems I had before it broke
I hope it is just a trouble shoot problem because I need the pc as soon as possible for my work

@, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your Pavilion.
- I understand that your hp pavilion does not turn on.
No Power - No lights:
Perform the below steps:
If the computer does not start, the LED lights do not glow, and the display is black,
you can perform one or more of the following actions to resolve the no power issue:
(Click on the blue letters to get more details about each step)
- Examine the adapter and power cord for physical damage
- Test the power from the AC wall outlet to the notebook connector
- Start computer using the battery only
- Check that the lid switch moves freely
- When you have completed the troubleshooting steps, there should be power available to the computer. When you press the power button, the LEDs should glow, and you should hear the sounds of the fan and the hard drive spinning.
- If the battery does not accept the charge or the notebook does not turn on without the AC adapter, contact HP to order a replacement battery.
- If the LEDs do not glow, and there are no other indicators of power being available to the computer, contact HP for technical assistance in troubleshooting a potential problem with the AC power connection or the system board.
- If the LEDs blink, or the computer beeps, but it does not start, go to HP Notebook PCs - Troubleshooting LED Blink Codes or Beep Codes During Startup or Boot.
- If the LEDs glow but the computer does not start on either battery or AC power, go to Troubleshooting Black Screen Displays with No Error Messages During Startup or Boot.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
