Pc won't boot stuck on logo screen

So I this problem my pc won't go past the logo loading screen. Here is a list of what I've tried:

1. Put new os - to which it starts up and works but then has a black screen and won't respond.

2. I ran a system test in f2 and everything is working fine. 

3. I did the bios update thing by pressing the power button + windows key + B and still got the same problem

4. Moved the drive to another pc it worked 

5. Put another drive in my pc and it powered on  

Now I'm really confused on what to do, please help.

A "Note 15" is a Samsung Galaxy Phone -- not an HP laptop. 

If you want help, you have to provide us (1) the actual model number of the laptop, (2) what OS version the laptop is running, (3) the age of the laptop.
