Hi @Wow_boi
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
I understand that you are receiving the message "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again" and you are currently unable to connect to the internet because only Airplane Mode is available. I can imagine how this must feel, especially when you're unable to sign in to your system.
To assist you better, could you kindly share more details :
- The exact HP product model or product number - Click here for steps
- Are you able to see your Wi-Fi network in the lower-right corner of the sign-in screen, or is Airplane Mode the only option available?
- Do you have access to another sign-in option, such as a password, fingerprint, or local account?
In the meantime, kindly try the basic steps:
- Restart the computer 2-3 times and check if the Wi-Fi icon appears on the sign-in screen.
- If available, select Sign-in options and try signing in with your Microsoft account password instead of the PIN.
- If your system has an Ethernet port, connect it directly to your router and check whether internet connectivity is restored.
- If possible, let us know whether you can access the Windows Recovery Environment (Advanced Startup Options).
Kindly share the requested details along with any photos of the error message, and we'll help you with the next steps.
I hope this helps.
I'm an HP Employee.
