Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1035nr

I walked away for 10 min. I came back and my computer was updating. After several minutes it finally comes back and says my pin is no longer valid. I’ve tried several ways to reset and authorize everything and it keeps looping back to saying pin reset failed. Skip this step, then back to the beginning. Please help!
