I've been having problems with my computer. Some days ago my computer screen would stay back for a while until it said the computer will restart. I didn't pay much attention I just left it like that until now. I tried looking for a way to by pass Bios admin password but none worked and I never put a password.

For BIOS and Power ON Password, please contact HP Support in your Region for further assistance

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
