Please my microsoft license is not reponding

Help form the community to resolve my microsoft issue ,when i try to work on my word and excel is telling me unlicensed ,please to find a way resolve it out,and also don't know the key product of my microsoft ,thanks

If you're talking about MS Office components that came preinstalled on your PC, unless you spent extra money and ordered MS Office with the PC, those are short-term trial versions and are NOT licensed because they expire.  IF you want versions for the long haul, you have to purchase a license.

As to the Windows product license, why do you need it?  Your PC came with Windows preinstalled and is already activated using the built-in HP OEM license.
