Nothing above has helped with my issue. Not Bios, not f2, nothing.

Hi @Bogart842

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

May I know the issue you are facing with your system? Could you please elaborate so that I can help you fix the issue?

Keep me posted.

The system was updating and it never restarted. My screen just stays black. There are lights on both sides of the laptop indicating it’s on, but nothing will pop up on the screen.

In that case, I would suggest you press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to check if the issue persists.

Along with that, please follow the steps shared in the link below and let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899

Thanks!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

UPDATE 6/17/2022

I finally went to the HP Driver Page, Had HP detect my system and went to driver downloads. I lied and selected Windows 10 and downloaded BIOS version F.11 and installed it without problem.  I have Windows 11. This is the fix IMHO.
