I have an HP Envy laptop that periodically gives a Boot Device Not Found error message and must be rebooted. We have tried the online diagnostic tools, and they have not helped.
We have tried to contact HP through their technical support, but it does not accept the SRL number and Product ID... even if copied from the computer itself.
So far very disappointed in HP as we have found no way to contact them and get real support.
