Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this HP for some time now and I really like it, a couple of days ago I shutdown the laptop and the following day I turned it on and it was stuck on the hp logo for a while. After a few minutes I hard restart it from the power button and the screen lights up but does not display anything. I have replaced the RAM, hard drives, reset the bios, tried to reinstall windows but after the first bit of the setup, the laptop reboots and just gets stuck on the hp logo and still no luck. Any idea what this could be and how it can be fixed?
