Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have to press power button 4-5 times till it starts the laptop , i have noticed i tilted it to right hand side while pressing power button which is on left hand side , at a specific location,  This happens 3-4 weeks earlier i initially thought the power button is out of order (it seems bit loose in its position) Mean while i also got "Battery alert pop up" and around a week earlier my battery also gets drained (works 35-40 mins and charges for 1.5-2 hrs) . I want to understand if its a battery issue because of which power button is also malfunctioning and replacing it woth new battery will solve both OR is it a different problem and should i visit a hardware shop to get it checked and replaced

Note : My laptop is convertible touch screen and even before power button problem it started with screen flickering problem and I closed the option of using touch screen almost 2 months back and not using its convertible /tablet mode ever since then. Using laptop with out touch screen.
