Power Jack Issues

My power cord will not work properly. For a while it had to be held in a certain way to light up and charge the battery. Weeks later the power adapter will not read at all. After research I figured the power jack is malfunctioning. I took it to local Geek Squad repair who confirmed that the power jack is not working properly or reading the power adapter. They sent it to a repair facility who denied servicing due to it being a custom build. They referred me to hp.com. I talked to a rep from the tech support who requested I pay to have tests run from remoting in. I distrust that and believe my issue was identified and I don't suspect running remote tests can identify a hardware issue. I already know the issue is the power jack is malfunctioning or will not read a functioning power cord and I just want it fixed. Is there a part number for power jack compatible with my cpu? Any suggestions or recommendations? Please help.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I fixed my computer. I utilized the manual sent and I ordered the part linked at ebay. Unfortunately the part was incorrect; however I was able to get my computer taken apart and I ordered the right part with the product number from the power jack in my computer. I ordered it from ebay at
