Hello, since I chenged the battery and also updated Bios my PC does not turn on without external power connected.
Once pc is on I can disconnect the power and pc stays on for hours just with battery.
If I turn off the pc and then turn on within 5-10 minutes then it ok and it starts up.
If I wait longer ( let us say more than 10 minutes ) it does not power up unless external power is connected.
When I connect the power cable and switch the Pc on I also get CMOS error , saying "Cmos checksum is invalid.Cmos will be reset to default config and "Cmos reset (502) " .
After system reboots and pc starts working.
I think my notebook does not have proper CMOS Battery , which I could not find inside.
Thanks
