Product: HP ProBook 455 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ProBook 455 G7 suddenly aks for a Power-On Authentication fingerprint or password. I have registerd fingerprints for Windows and a Windows password only. The system does not accept my fingerprint. I also tried my Windows password without success.

I think that Power-On Authentication picks a wrong user name. The system aks for the password for a user name I did not set up ("new user").

How can I change the username at this point?
