I have a laptop with security features add including Power-On Authentication which has been enabled through HP Client Security Manager. If I boot the computer and enter the Power-On password immediately then the laptop boots into Windows without issue. However, if I leave the laptop booted at the Power-On Authentication screen for roughly 15 minutes or longer and enter the password then the laptop reboots and I have to enter the password again in order to have the laptop boot into Windows.
I am hoping others within the community who have had this issue know what the cause is and how to resolve it. Thanks.
Laptop Model: HP Elitebook x360 830 G6
