Product: HP ZBook Studio x360 G5 Convertible Workstation

Hi there,  I wonder if someone can help? My fingerprint(s) for power on authentication page no longer work and unfortunately the password is not working either! I've tried various methods of trying to bypass the screen on start up (esc key, F10 etc) and enter the bios but none of them have worked.
