@FunnyVa1889, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Blinking Power Button on HP Omen Laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

The blinking power button on your HP Omen laptop can indicate various issues, often related to power and hardware components. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Check Power Connection:

  • Ensure that the laptop is properly connected to a power source.
  • Verify that the power adapter and cord are functioning correctly. Try using a different power outlet or adapter if possible.

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Disconnect the power adapter and remove any external devices connected to the laptop.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual power from the device.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and attempt to turn on the laptop.

Check for Faulty Battery:

  • If the laptop battery is removable, remove it and try powering the laptop using only the AC adapter.

Examine System Status Lights:

  • Check for any other blinking lights on the laptop that may indicate hardware errors or system failures.

Check Internal Connections:

  • If you're comfortable doing so, ensure that internal components such as RAM and the hard drive are properly seated. This may require removing the back panel of the laptop.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
