Hi from like 5-6 month I got this error when booting up
but I didn't care and pressed enter every time then from 3 days I got drop frames alot while playing and it stays that for like 1-2 minutes then continue normal for less than 30 seconds so I said to myself it must be because of the fan so I searched how to fix this error and I think I had to clean it(I still don't know if I fixed it or not)so I searched how to open my laptop because I never did that and when I open my laptop to see the components then I cleaned the fan using a brush and then I placed all the things back to it's place and when I press the power button it doesn't work and there is a light coming from the port I searched for a solution and nothing worked

It was a major mistake opening the laptop case to clean the fan -- as the usual way to do that is to spray compressed air into the vents without opening the case.
There is nothing we can do for you as we are not HP technicians and can not walk you through reassembling the laptop.
You will have to take it to a local laptop repair shop to see what they can do for you.
