Product: Compaq 610 Notebook PC

WhatsApp Image 2024-03-01 at 14.35.56_394ca04f.jpgI have an HP Compaq 610 laptop which is it has a Power-on Password i wanted to disable it when I changed the power-on password, but I left the new password empty to disable it, the laptop isn't enter the old password and it doesn't accept the empty one also. what should I do?

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
