Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC

Please help...My BIOS password stopped working.. This issue started while I was installing NordVPN app on my laptop. During installing it, NordVPN required a restart and I did (it pushed me to logout). Since then, I have not been able to log back in. My fingerprint/passoword are not working. I tried to access a set up menu to remove BIOS by pressing repeatedly ESC, F1,2,10 and Delete key but couldn't go to set up menu. I tried to contact HP support but it has been 'Unavailable' on the website (Contact HP, tried UK and other regions too)... can't find a phone number either....  I have been stuck in this situation for two weeks. Hope someone could help me to solve this or advise me of a contact information/number I can speak with I am based in UK).... Thank you!!!
