An update was available Thursday even so I ran the update. I have been unable to access my laptop since then. I don’t recall setting a BIOS password but assume I must have done, however it’s not accepting any of my usual passwords or any of my fingerprints. I’m self employed so really need to be able to access my laptop. I can’t find how many digits the password would need to be as this may help to enter the password or if there is a process for the fingerprint, ie left to right swipe. Hp support may take 10-15 business days and I can’t be without a laptop for this amount of time
