I have an elitebook 850 and I use for four years the fingerprint option. I had to reinstall my os and when rebooting during installation suddenly my fingerprint is not valid anymore. I don’t have the password because the fingerprint option worked fine. How can I solve this? I am stuck in reinstalling windows and can t get the laptop booted. I use it daily for work.
