Unmountable partition suggests a problem/corruption with the primary boot partition and/or drive problem at this stage.

 

You could take steps to try and repair said partition but it may be easier to begin the HP Windows 10 recovery process.

 

If it is a drive failure, you'll likely need to look at getting that replaced.
