Product: HP 14

My computer closed because it didn't have more battery, and it opened up on the screen "preparing to configure Windows". After 40min i turned it off by holding the power Button until it turned off. When I turned it on again, it was on the same screen "preparing to configure Windows". What should I do?

Are you trying to install Windows or are you doing a Windows update?  We need to know what you were doing when this message appeared.

Please I had the same problem it’s updating but still like that for more than 24 hours
