Product: Compaq Presario CQ62-402AU Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi,

I'm setting up a Laptop for our darts club, it was donated from one of the players, but he doesn't recall the  Administrator or Sign on password.

It is asking for this at the bios level before windows has begun.

After failing 3 times I get;

System Disabled   

Key: 54667075

 

I've tried many many reset codes, but none seem to work.

How can I clear the bios password so I can restore this to factory settings?

We are not allowed to give you a code. You have to contact HP is Australia directly
