Previous BIOS version?

Hi, I was prompted with a BIOS update on my laptop. I accepted, everything seemed to go fine, there were progress bars showing, but after restart ths OS did not load freezing on the black screen with HP Sure Start logo. I tried all the different steps, including re-installing BIOS, turning off Sure Start (in BIOS), etc.

I'm in contact with HP Support but it's been a week now with no progress.

Last thing I'm thinking of now is to return to previous working version of BIOS which would be ver. 1.09.00. But I'm not able to locate this version as there is always only latest version available on HP Web.

Can anybody help me? Or did anybody have the same problem?

Hi:

If you look under the previous version section on the latest BIOS update, you will find the older versions, but there is no 1.09.00 version.

There is a 01.08.20 version:

...and a 01.08.00 version:

There are older versions than those as well going back to 01.05.00

Please can anybody provide me with hp BIOS version 01.08.20 for Windows 10 ver. 10.0.19041 (20H1) for the above notebook?
