First I was getting Primary (internal) Battery (601) and now this CMOS rest (502) added too. What should I do? my system is OMEN Laptop 15-en0xxx

Hi,
You need to replace the internal battery in the machine
The first message "Primary (internal) Battery (601)" indicates that the internal battery is very weak and can no longer hold much charge. Meaning the battery should be replaced.
The second message "CMOS rest (502)" indicates that the battery is so weak that it is not providing even the little power needed by BIOS. So every time you turn off the notebook and remove power, the BIOS resets and it will give an error code when you start PC.
On page 37 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the battery
