Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop was working fine.  After shutting down the laptop, when it was turned on, the power button lit up and the fan kicked in at a high speed.  Nothing was displayed on the screen.  I pulled the power from the laptop and did a hard shut down.  I pressed the power button for 15 seconds until I heard a click.  Plugged the power cord back in and turned laptop back on.  Same thing.  I connected an external monitor using both VGA and HDMI.  Neither had a display.  I removed the RAM and reseated it.  Powered up, same thing.  I took apart the laptop and removed the battery from the laptop.  Reseated it and put it all back together.  Same thing.  Anyone have any other ideas?
