I have a problem an it's that my HP Laptop 15-bs0xx is showing a message when I turn it on and I can only go to F2 System diagnostics .When I do the memory and hard drive tests it pass all of them .Then I try to go to System recovery,(F11),I can't go so that means that I can't reset my laptop and reinstall Windows.

Hi:

 

See if you can reinstall W10 by making a bootable recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client utility.

 

Here is a link for how to use that utility.  You will need to have access to another Windows PC for this...

There is a trick to getting the tool to recognize your PC's product number.

 

After you enter the product number in the window, immediately press the Enter key.

 

If you click off that window, you will get an unsupported product number error.
