Omen 15 dc-1057nl

hi just bought a brand new OMEN 15, since the first boot it had problems, the pc turned on and the loading with the omen logo appeared, after a while black screen with my keyboard working, then when i turned it off ,the power button started blinking, i searched online and i solved the problem just by doing the reset thing (holding the power button for 15 seconds ecc.) i wanted to ask, is it normal that my pc its having problem being just new? will i have the same problem on next boots? i need help thanks. 
P.S sorry for my bad english im not native and im panicking here , wanted to post this asap

To get the answer to this question, due to Windows not responding, software freezing, or other external devices locking up and It's absolutely normal.

Many startup errors and other problems can be resolved by decreasing the amount of power stored in hardware components. Decreasing stored power is sometimes referred to as a Hard Reset.
