Product: HP Probokk 450 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI all,

i have a problem with Notebook  HP Probook 450 G8  can't startup 

After pressing on the power button, LED light power,F5, F8 tun on for three seconds and then turned off 
I tried removing the battery, RAM and cleaning it but still the issue
