Problem accessing the BIOS without screen

I have this laptop whose screen broke up few years ago and i had to remove it, now the problem is that i need to access the BIOS for change some configurations and i cant.

Most likely, you can't!  Why? Because except in rare circumstances, when you connect an external monitor to a laptop, regardless of the type of connection, the monitor won't display anything until the proper Windows drivers are loaded, and that does not happen until you start to boot into Windows.  Booting into the BIOS/UEFI does not load those drivers, so you can't use an external monitor for that work.
