Hello friends
Because of the problems with the HDD began to understand this topic, as I am a kettle.
Using HDDregenerator using a live CD , got an error stating that some bad sectors can not be recovered from under Windows
Started Victoria, and at start of any recovery mode, reaching bad sectors the error got out. Or "Fail.. access denied" or "Error.. ABRT".
Here I already unambiguously decided that it is necessary in DOS.
Without any problems run any LiveCD, and I thought, no problem, and run the programs.
BUT, at start of ANY program on a choice, the same error got out.
"FreeDOS HIMEM64 3.11 [Apr 09 2004] © 1995, Till Gerken 2001-2004 tom ehlert
HIMEM - Always On A20 method used
Kernel: allocated 40 Diskbuffers = 21280 Bytes in HMA
Abnormal program termination
Bad or missing Command Interpreter \command.com /p
Enter the full shell command line:"
In the BIOS change the SATA mode from AHCI to IDE
I can't figure out how to fix this error so that I can run the utility properly.
I hope for fast feedback.
P.s. sorry for my bad english, yandex translate helped me 😁

If what you're asking is details about running HDD Regenerator -- we can't help you.
We don't have the resources to debug issues with third-party (i.e., non-HP) software.

I didn't say the programs won't run on an HP; I said we don't have the resources here to debug problems with these programs -- as there are tens of thousands of different programs.
You would have to contact the vendor of each program to determine how it works and what PCs it works on.
