Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dw0008nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi, I have a computer problem. The laptop has windows 11 and it turns on and works until it asks me for the PIN, in fact after I enter it the desktop is completely black but I can see the cursor and CTR+ALT+CANC work, I can also see the "task management" but the desktop continue to be back, i already tried to restart the GPU by clicking WINDOWS+CTRL+MAIUSC+B but it doesn't work. I don't want reset your computer to factory settings because it contains important and personal information. I also already tried to press F2 while I boot up the laptop and I did all the tests but it doesn't work. What can I do?
