I wonder if you can help.
Hi there today ; i Left the computer on and found when i came home to find a screen saying Enter ADMIN Password / Power on password? Black screen with blue message
I reset the laptop then it went in like normal only to crash later and restart with the same message?
I have never set a password for this ever and i have had my laptop for over 5 years? HP 360 Envy?
I noticed that you had answered some others on this topic i wonder if you can help as i tried a few passowrds thn the system closed down disabled ( i 70726917).
How has this all of a sudden happened ? is it a virus or and update?How did you figure out that it was a numerical password to unlock it? My Serial is: [edit].
