HP Recommended

My Elitebook 820 G3 is completely dead, will not turn on, no light at all, not sure if it’s even charging. The charger is ok, tried unplugging and resetting by 15 sec press of power button (the battery does not appear to be removable) but nothing doing. Any ideas?
