Chrome OS

Hello I currently have an hp pavilion x2 10-n208nf I wanted to put chrome OS to see if it was useful as a system but following an update it restarts constantly so I would have liked to give Windows 10 with a bootable key but I can't throw the key. I made a key in MBR and a key in GPT the key MBR does not appear in the section "start with the file EFI" then I tried the key GPT the key appears when I click on the file "Bootmgr. EFI "a black screen appears with the writing" Failed to select boot device. Press Enter to continue. "

I don't know what to do to try to save my touch pc

thanks in advance for your answers cordially

Cordialement

@alepre If you are unable to make use of the HP Cloud recovery tool, here's the alternate option, make use the HP recovery media, If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.

Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here

Keep us posted.
