Product: Laptop Envy 17"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ho un notebook HP Envy 17".

Ho impostato la "sospensione" alla chiusura del coperchio del mio notebook. Alla riapertura del coperchio il tasto di accensione è acceso, ma il PC non si riavvia, nè muovendo il mouse, nè premendo per un attimo il pulsante di accensione. Per farlo ripartire debbo tenere premuto a lungo il pulsante di accensione provocando lo spegnimento ed una nuova accensione come se avessi arrestato il sistema.

Come posso risolvere ?
