HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)

Since I received my brand new laptop, it started to have problems at Windows startup. The screen displays blinking squares and it is impossible to access any function. I contacted HP support, they tried to help me but they can´t fix the problem for me. I asked for technical service in my country (Costa Rica) and they denied it because they argued that Latinamerican HP can´t help me on a laptop buyed in USA. Already reset the laptop and reinstall windows and the problem is still hapenning. Somebody can help me?Screenshot_20221114-131001_Photos.jpgScreenshot_20221114-131001_Photos.jpg
