HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

I own a HP Laptop 15S-FQ2050.
And recently I have been having problems starting up the notebook, without having it plugged in.

(Despite partial charge in the battery).

- Also recently, the notebook's date and time has occasionally been incorrect.

According to the Battery Report (Windows 11):
DESIGN CAPACITY: 41,040 mWh
FULL CHARGE CAPACITY: 37,677 mWh
CYCLE COUNT: 122

- The battery charge check was unable to test the primary battery for one or more reasons:
The primary battery is close to fully charged (remaining capacity close to >= 90%)

Please perform the steps below:
1. Unplug the AC adaptor to discharge the primary battery for 20 minutes (tried).
2. Retest using the battery check.
If the system cannot power on without AC power, please replace the primary battery (601).

- I have had the notebook since November 2021. (Now out of warranty).

I also ran HP PC Diagnostics Windows 2.5.0.0

(All types of Fast Tests and Extensive Tests passed).
