HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC (1A886AV)

My laptop works fine when it is on and if i don't turn if off. But as soon as I turn it off once, nightmare starts. Power button light and caps lock light never turns off, both are always on but dim, not fully bright. And it doesn't turn on afterward. I try then hard reset, soft reset, whatever I can to turn it on but nothing works but after 10-15 reset it turns on. Battery is not an issue as I have tried it on just direct power, disconnecting battery but didn't work. Battery is in very good condition as well as clock battery. I have tested both, also updated BIOS to solve this, but nothing is working.

When i press power button, nothing turns on, not even fan. Its like dead but both lights on power button and caps lock is dim and on.

Any help will be appreciated.
