Probook 4530s
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I have been using my probook for last 4 years. Last night, I locked my computer (windows key + L) and went away. When I came back I saw that, the screen has gone all black, but the machine was running.  I did force shut down the laptop since nothing seemed to work to get the screen on.

Then I started the laptop and what I saw was, the bliking Caps lock button. It blinked 3 times and kept continuing the 3 blinks. The fan started working high speed and nothing was there on the screen. (The black screen).

Still the situation is same. It gives me the continuing 3 blinks.

How can I solve this?

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

I read your post about problems with your caps lock blinking and wanted to help.
