Product: Probook 650 g1

I have just set the bios password, and I know what it is, then i made a user in The bios and he have The administrativ and I only made him. But egen i turn The computer on it want The password for that user, and I didn't set a password for him, only The admin password, and I know it for sure But when i typ it, can't open The computer. And one time I pressed a key that The admin password worked. And now I can't remember what key(s) I pressed. I try to remove both batteries and The ram for a while but nothing happend. So can you please tell me how to do?? Please!!
