Product: Probook 440 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the update (as I remember, it was an update from Intel & media), instead of inviting a fingerprint, to unlock the bios - the password asks.
The password I set is not accepted.
In the service center they said that yesterday they spoke about the problem, regarding updating the bios, about the need to address only them. It is precisely this mistake to keep in control, is it? Do you know anything about this?
