I HAVE BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP A WEEK AGO . NOW IT IS STARTING VERY SLOW . ITS TAKING UPTO 2 MIN . IT IS TAKING SO MUCH TIME TO OPEN APPS . PLEASE HELP ME . ITS RAM IS 4 GB WITH i3 PROCESSOR

@Bhaskar01, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, what model Notebook are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the computer.
